I puttered around a bit this morning, then ran out to get some errands done downtown and did some picture taking.
When I was back home I was searching in the China Cabinet for a particular item when I came across a really good memory.
My youngest Son, Paul-James. He was, and still is, so cute. This must have been my Mom's copy as mine were all lost in our house fire 17 years ago.
This afternoon I was heading down to the Wiarton Chamber's office to put some ribbons on the candy bags we bagged up last evening.
Yes Santa's Elves have been very busy the past couple of days. Lots of goodies ... yummy, yum, yum !
Rob and I just finished an amazing dinner of Cottage Roll, Potatoes, Carrots and Cabbage. I am hoping I won't suffer from the cabbage later on ending up in the hospital.
I did have an appointment with my Doctor this morning. My MRI for my right knee showed I have Chondromalacia patella. What is that you may ask? It is a condition that causes pain in the front of the knee. It involves the rubbery material, called the "cartilage", behind the knee cap. The term doctors use for the knee cap is patella.
Chondromaliacia patella describes when the cartilage behind the knee cap gets too soft or wears away. This condition can happen from a knee injury or from bending your knee often. The symptoms are pain in the front of the knee, or around or behind the knee cap.
More Information & Treatments can be found HERE, if there is no improvement your doctor might have you see a knee specialist to discuss treating the condition with surgery.
I am off and running (not really) for I have plans this evening, so off I go, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.
Very good of the dogs to let you sleep in!
