I Will Be Okay
I actually did not get up until after 5 am this morning. I wasn't feeling too bad until after I did 30 minutes on the Treadmill then had some breakfast. It then hit me. A dizzy head, a cold sweat and severe stomach cramps. I felted suddenly drained of any energy I might have possessed earlier. I returned to bed at 10:30 am not to get back up until 1:00 pm.
I had to drive Rob pickup one of our Crabby Cabbie Vans, or else I would not have even thought of going out the door today. How unfortunate as the Sun was shining in full force today.... but there will be other days.
I had a Chamber meeting this evening. Needless to say I cancelled. I am not going to be far from my bed again very shortly here.
I will be "ok", just not today, with hopes of being much better tomorrow, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.
