Yes the question I have been asking myself lately, as I have been not well and "stale" for some time now, is to blog or not to blog? (I am feeling a bit like Shakesphere's Hamlet, to be or not to be?).
By the end of the day I am so exhausted, this being the way I also usually begin my days, that I barely have the energy to get myself to bed for an usual sleepless or sleep deprived night.
I have been re-evaluating, or trying to, on what is important and what is not.
Is to blog still important to me? will I eventually get through this slump? do I just continue on as I have begin until I gain control, or lack of it, until I am able to fully blog my days as I used to? All these questions plus many more in other areas?
Blogging has been rewarding in the past, especially when I look back to see where I have been in my life the past 5 years, good and or bad. There has been lots of emotions over the years whether joy or heated opinions I have had.
I will have to sleep on this some more ... hahaha that was a funny, or not (INSERT SMILE).
On a lighter note, Lexus had five babies last night. One Black Tri Female, One Red Tri Female, One Blue Merle Male, One Red Merle Male, and One Red Merle Female. The Blue Merle Male & Black Tri Female have been spoken for. Just think in 8 more weeks they will be going to their FOREVER HOMES.
Photos to follow tomorrow? after I sleep on it more, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.
* Home * Food * Community * The daily life of a Bruce County woman living on 50 acres just beyond the entranceway to Bruce Peninsula, with her husband, Rob (aka The "Crabby Cabbie"), along with their five Australian Shepherds, Buddy, Bentley, Tesla, Stella, Chevy and 2 Rescue Cats, Princess Paisley and Mr. Davidson.
Good for Lexus!
ReplyDeleteYou don't need to do this every day. And you take way too much on yourself as well- and that's catching up to you, all the things you're doing and the places you're going are sapping your energy.
I so know how you feel regarding blogging........such good news that another five little ones were born safe and sound.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on all of the new additions!
ReplyDeleteTAKE A BREAK my friend! I've got to the point where I don't blog unless I have something I want to say. It' s like show and tell....
I would definitely miss your blogs; but, you certainly do have a lot on your plate. I get tired just thinking about all you have to do each day. You should only continue if you feel you are getting something good out of it. It should not be an additional stress. Take care of yourself first.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you.
Take care of yourself first. Blog if and when you want to. I have been concerned about you with all your reports of no sleep! I couldn't survive that. Hope you find a way through this that works for you.
ReplyDeleteYou could always go to an every other day or weekly update as you consider what you want to do. I have really cut back on my frequency of posting but like to maintain a presence, albeit less often. Congrats on a new and healthy litter of pups!
