Part III: The Honeymoon

Have you ever been to Toronto? have you ever been to or by One King West?  well my son and daughter-in-law have and still are for one remaining night's stay, this evening.

The History about One King Street West is very quite amazing, never mind the architecture of the building !!!  Check it out by *clicking* HERE, making sure you use the arrows at the sides to scroll through its history.

Yes they went up to the CN Tower, having lunch, or was it dinner, there at the restaurant.

I had been up in the CN Tower the Year it had been built.  Not familiar with this tower? just *click* HERE to find out about it.

So I had been told by a reliable source, there had been 10 lbs of Honeymoon weight put on within the past 3 days, as well as lots of walking, subway rides and exploring the downtown Toronto Malls (I am thinking maybe the Eaton Centre?).

Each time I look at these photos I cry tears of happiness .... these two have had many mountains to climb and endure until they arrived at this day.  God Bless them for all their Future days ... always.

Really, Rob, really, why on earth would you "flip the bird" and have it send via ext message to my girlfriend, Vicki?  no worries she sent one back to you.  Hahaha  ... the continuing battle between the Ogre & the Troll.

Something used but new to me ....

Rob bought me a VW Passat from an Estate Sale.  I am thrilled to pieces to be driving this sleek baby, and yes she has get up and go!  The 2004 Kia Amanti will be up for sale on Kijiji before I know it, YA YA YA !!!

More on the 2006 VW Passat can be found HERE.  The added bonus? our Paul's best friend, Blake, is a mechanic for Crosby's VW in Kitchener, and said he would "look after" me when it came to the maintenance and mechanics of this vehicle.  I love our boys !!!

I am tired, as it has been not only been a busy day, it has been a very tiring day as I haven't had a good nights sleep for some time now.  Maybe tonight? Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.

Part II: Wedding "Bloopers"

The Day before and the Day of .... Part II: Wedding Bloopers

The evening before before Liz left to her Parent's home for the evening, Josh & Connor telling her NOT to stress !  The morning of, Paul doesn't appear stressed whatsoever.

Not even married an hour and he is scratching his head.  Poor Paul did you get it figured out Son? best have cause you are married now !

More head scratching and pebble picking going on here.

Really newly married couple, and parents of the Bride... like whatcha all be looking at down there?

Okay Paul you are all grown up now, what be it you still making faces at your best friend, Blake? 

Ha this photo was taken after getting close together for a photo to finding a Daddy long legs on "Daddy's" shoulder.  What was the problem? both Mom & Son are terrified of spiders so Daddy-E-O ha to brush it off all by himself.  

Oops daddy-in-law, Brian, having 2nd thoughts about having his daughter married off to the Morelli boy?  too bad the kids has back-up.

Okay who do you think won the battle of the first cut piece of the wedding cake?

It's been a hard day's night, and I'd been working like a dog, It's been a hard day's night, I should be sleeping like a log ....

Highlights Part I (Unedited)

Where do I begin? where does any proud Mother, and now proud Mother-in-law begin, especially when everything fell into place like clockwork bringing happiness to everyone present on the day her Son gets married to his true Love and Soul Mate ......

Let me begin with a few photos which were only "some" of the highlights of the day which belonged to our son, Paul, and beautiful daughter-in-law, Elizabeth.

To you I present, Mr. & Mrs. Paul Morelli:

The "Ladies", big & small, all very beautiful, even though anyone can see for themselves without me having to mention this obvious fact.

Elizabeth with her parents, Brian & Jean Winger.  Who could deny what an amazing daughter they brought into this World?

Rob & I could not be more proud this day with what a fine man our Paul has grown to be, and do not forget how handsome he is either ! if I may say so myself.

The girl who is not only the "apple" of her father's, & husband's eye, but very much so now the "apple" of her very proud Father-in-law's eye.  I am pretty sure he would give this girl the World on a platter along with her other admirers if he could.

Yes the "Cool Dudes" were all very very COOL, do you not agree? 

The Wedding Cake with a unbelievable creative topper depicting their blended family of 7, Paul, Elizabeth, Josh, Aiden, Chloe, Briar and Connor.  Dinner at the Stratford Country Club was 

delish ! and Liz could not believe the Chef she knew, as she had gone to school with him.  A wonderful venue all way around ! with amazing serving staff.

Still lots of fun at the very end of the evening.

It was an amazing day. Our son's wedding day was perfect from start to finish.

We are on our way back to the house with the five grandchildren.  We all are tired as it had been a party !

Out With The Bikers

 The day flew by me like wild fire, barely time to breath until after Dinner when I wanted to go for a walk, only the boys wanted to go along with me.\

I ended up going out with the bikers ....

I am tired with a "big" day ahead of me tomorrow, so it will be yet another short post until I return back home, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.

Too Busy

I have been too busy today & very ready for bed right now.  Despite the Tyenoel I have had sinus headaches all week and still now.

I just got home from an  amazing pedi/mani and my nails are wonderful.

This has to be my shortest post in my history of blogging I am certain, however not without one picture.

Happy Canada Day 2015 !

Lots of Canada Day festivities were going on today at Wiarton's Bluewater Park. 

We even had ourselves a bit of our own Canada Day fun !

The morning rain had left the skies and a beautiful day had been enjoyed by all, or hopefully by all.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Canada Day 2015 !  tomorrow it is back to reality for some of us, especially when I begin the Crabby Cabbie paperwork, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.
