Two Hours Doesn't Cut It

I have before, and probably will again survive a day with only 2 hours sleep, however two hours doesn't cut it.  I am hoping to make up for some of that lost sleep tonight, after I watch The "Voice" of course (if I stay awake through it).

I was not moving too fast today.  The only thing I accomplished, other then out and in with the Aussies this day, was stripping the bedding, washing it and making the bed back up.  Actually Rob helped me make the bed after we rotated the mattress.

Rob hates our new expensive Tempur-Pedic Mattress.  I didn't care for it at first, however now it is "broken in" I am quite comfortable on it, much more so then ever with our first Pillow Top mattress.  We will see if rotating it will help him any this evening.

Yes I have tried sleeping in another room to see if I sleep, but no that did not work either, and the room is even darker then our bedroom.

Some in our household have no problem stretching out and relaxing throughout the day.   Wish I could be this relaxed some days.

I did have to go out on a couple of errands today, as well as drop Rob off at his Monday morning exercise program.  Ironically the program is being ran by VON SMART Exercise, who I used to volunteer as an instructor.  I did mention to him today he would never try any of the exercises I suggested he do at that time ... guess another woman has more influence then I.  I am happy he goes and he is doing the exercises as it is helping him through some discomforts.

When I did return home, regardless how tired I was, I had to smile when I was greeted with Bandit's famous *smiles* ....

It sure is nice to be greeted so happily by someone who loves you unconditionally, is it not?

I had a surprise visit this afternoon by Rob's 1st Cousin, Joyce who was coming to collect a couple of items Rob had picked up for her at Costco.  She stayed to have a cuppa tea with me.  I always enjoy Joyce's company so it had been a pleasant surprise.

Dinner this evening was leftover Maple Baked Beans and Hot Dogs.  Very simple and very easy, as Rob managed to cook them up for us.

Here's to me being able to stay awake long enough to watch The "Voice" when it comes on at 8 pm when I tune in to it, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.

How nice of you to drop around to have a wee visit with me to see what I have been up to from time to time. I look forward to your comments as they add much brightness to my each and every day to know there are such wonderful people out there.
