Too Busy !

My day was too busy for my liking.  I have got to stop making plans to clean a portion of our house at any given time, since as soon as I do something else "pops" up to take my attention away from my good intentions and plans.

This morning Rob had his regular Monday commitments to take care of.  My niece called to say she was going to pick up her Mom and Step-father to take them up to the Hospital as Cecil hadn't been feeling well.  I met her at the Tim Horton's for a coffee.

By the time I had gotten back home it was after the lunch hour.  All the Aussies out, then a bite of lunch.  Rob arrived home for a wee bit, then I had to leave back downtown for a meeting at 3:30 pm.
The meeting was interrupted with other things (life interruptions seem to be a natural occurrence in my life), and put back until tomorrow morning.  At 5:00 pm I had to meet Rob to pick him up, then I came home to let the Aussies out, and he went out on a call

Thank goodness for my Crock Pot and that I had put a Cottage Roll in it this morning.  Here it is 6:19 pm, but I will wait until Rob gets back home, probably after 7:00, to have Dinner with him.  It will still be "light" out at that time.  Nah I can't wait that long, I will just go ahead without him.

Not too certain I am doing well with the time change, and know for a fact the Aussies are not.  How has everyone else been managing with loosing an hour?

My back? it still is very sore making it difficult to sit, get up, crouch and in and out of the vehicle. Regardless I am not out flat on it as I was on Saturday, and being mobile is a wonderful thing, and that I am.

Early this morning, despite the heavy fog in some areas, it had been pretty with the fresh fallen snow. The temps have been out of the minuses and feeling quite balmy at a +5 *C (37*F).  The Ontario Maple Syrup Producers should be very happy with the mild weather this upcoming week.

Tonight is my fav show, The "Voice" at 8 pm, and come Hell and high waters will anything stop me from watching it (hope I didn't jinx myself with that statement).

I can say with confidence if nothing else got done this day the toilet boil was cleaned, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard.

  4. I can't believe the BBC keeps importing shows over to Canada and then says how poor it is. They must be making a fortune out of all the franchises!

I know what you mean about being so busy. This is my first bloggy catch up for nearly two weeks. I feel very cut off without you all. xxx
